Prisma Forssa has undergone the most significant overhaul in its history, and Force has played a significant role in project implementation and project management.
The store base in Prisma Forssa is designed according to the latest Prisma concept created by S Group.
In line with the new concept, the confectionery department and the beauty and wellness department were renovated. The children's world was rebuilt and the range of the sports department expanded significantly. The wishes of the customer base and staff were listened to with a sensitive ear in terms of assortment and store functions.
In the future, customers will be offered a wide selection of ready-made food, a sushi bar and a bakery serving fresh and fried delicacies and pastries. Staff have access to modern break rooms and cash desks equipped with ergonomic height adjustable desks.
Force to play a major role in reform
Force was responsible for planning the timetable for the entire Prisma renewal project, which covered every aspect of the store from the refurbishment of groceries, refrigerated fixtures, appliances and machinery, the renewal of industrial furniture and safes furniture to the sanding of floors, and the construction of the food court. Force's expertise and experience in completing major projects ensured that all the renovation work proceeded as planned, efficiently and in accordance with regulations and occupational safety requirements.
Working closely with the general contractor
While the general contractor was responsible for renewing the store walls and other structural elements, Force was responsible for establishing project schedules and coordinating the actions of all parties involved in the project. This also included working closely with the general contractor and subcontractors, ensuring that all parties worked together to achieve a seamless and successful outcome.
The overhaul was carried out without disrupting store operations - trading continued as normal
A key goal in store renovations of all sizes is to carry out the project so that the store can operate as normally as possible during the renovation. Precise scheduling and efficient project management minimizes the inconvenience faced by customers and staff, and as the revamp progresses, the store will serve customers better all the time.
The opening of the renewed Prisma was celebrated in April 2024, giving customers the opportunity to experience the new, modern and more energy efficient store for the first time. Force is proud to be a part of this remarkable project, which not only improved the aesthetics and functionality of the premises, but also made Prisma Forssa as a whole more environmentally friendly and more responsive store to customer expectations.
