For what purpose does Force collect personal data? On what grounds are personal data processed?

Force collects, stores and processes personal data about users in connection with job search and sales contact information for the purpose of collecting sales contact information.

What personal data about the user is collected and from what sources?

Force collects information from the person himself and with his consent in three different cases:
1. The Microsoft Bookings system allows a person to book a customer meeting related to store renovations. In this connection, he will be asked for basic contact information. The data is located on a server located in the EU.
2. In connection with the sale of life cycle services, a person can leave their contact details for a contact request. The data is processed using the Jotform form form service and the Microsoft 365 system for data storage. The data is located on a server located in the EU.
3. When recruiting, the Jotform forms service and the Microsoft 365 system for data retention are used to manage job search forms. The data is located on a server located in the EU.

For users, Force typically collects and processes the following personal data:

- User contact information such as name, email and phone number

- In connection with the job search, information that is essentially related to the job, such as information related to the person's skills and experience, is collected. The person also has the opportunity to submit as an attachment, for example, a CV.
- Analytics data on how to use the system, which facilitates the provision of personalized service to each user and client.

Processors of personal data and disclosure of data to third parties:

As a rule, personal data of users is processed by Force employees who need data to perform sales and recruitment operations.

Force has the right to use subcontractors. Force is responsible for the activities of its subcontractors other than its own, and the subcontractors are bound by Force's data protection terms and conditions.

All systems related to the processing and storage of personal data store the data on servers located in the EU.

The User may at any time withdraw the consent given when filling out the form by notifying the Data Controller. In this case, Force deletes personal data from its systems. Likewise, the user may require the controller to correct any incorrect personal data, as well as to complete incomplete personal data.
