Force and H2O4U, a water bottling plant based in Lahti, have signed a cooperation agreement on the maintenance of the bottling plant. The maintenance agreement aims at trouble-free operation of the bottling plant processes and the introduction of maintenance processes that prevent equipment downtime.
The programme defines the critical factors for bottling plant maintenance to which maintenance activities should be targeted for each device and process. The implementation of a maintenance system is also at the heart of the project.
Business Manager Jari Korhonen Force Life Cycle Services has implemented numerous predictive maintenance programs for major food industry players.
“Predictive maintenance is key when we want to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the bottling plant equipment. The aim of cooperation is to create effective and clear operating models that ensure that we always stay one step ahead of potential problems,” says Jari.
H2O4U Factory Manager Juho Larkio adds: “Developing maintenance processes is a vital component of our factory's business and growing production. Force's expertise helps us maintain high quality, improve equipment utilization and production predictability. Well-executed maintenance is one of the key factors that enable us to achieve our production goals.”
